With spring, we need to eliminate the excess of waste and toxins accumulated during the winter, purify and renew ourselves to restore our natural balance and to reactivate the energies of body and mind. Immersed in the beautiful nature of the House of Peace we will devote ourselves to the most appropriate Yoga and Ayurveda practices to purify and regenerate not only the body, but also the most subtle aspects of our being such as breath, mind and emotions.
A week of attention to lifestyle in a global and holistic sense: from the vegetarian and organic diet cooked with love and creativity, to the right movement in the room and in nature; from finding the right circadian rhythms (sleep and wake) to the time dedicated to rediscovering our true and pure self. There will also be excursions in the nature and in the nearby cities of art.
During the daily morning activities, we will awaken and tune your body and all energy structures. With the help of articular gymnastics, various approaches to the complex "surya-namaskar" (sun worship) and breathing exercises we will activate the body's self-regulation system, prepare it for Ayurvedic procedures. The study and use of entry-level cleansing techniques (Shatkarmas) will help purify and release both our body and mind.
Evening practice - a kind of "reset".
Evening - evening techniques of hatha yoga, pranayama, meditative practices, and practices with elements of "Shiva dance" and yoga Nidra.
We will use various dynamic and psychotherapeutic techniques, the purpose of which is to restore physical and mental strength, increase our effectiveness in life, and purify the mind from "clutters" and "resistances", harmoniously combined with Ayurvedic procedures.
During the indescribable beauty of the sunset, meditation on the departing sun is waiting for us. We will practice trataka - a technique of liberation from stresses and tensions, contributing to immersion in “here and now”, experiencing peace of mind and finding harmony with nature.
The level of yoga training is suitable for all levels of participants.
The tour ends with summing up, recommendations of individual yoga practice programs (if necessary), consultations, and development of recommendations for further improvement and correction of lifestyle.

Yoga means "contact", Ayurveda is the “knowledge of healthy life". Thus, Ayurveda is the basis of health education. In Ayurveda, the focus is on healing the body and the soul and keeping it healthy. With the help of a healthy lifestyle, the use of herbs and various treatments Ayurveda looks after the well-being.
When yoga is similar, but it builds up on Ayurveda and goes one step further. After all, yoga should not only keep the body healthy, but strengthen it with asanas. The goal here too is the unity of body and mind.
