Ayuskma Ayur Yoga School
Ayuskama Ayur Yoga School Rishikesh development is rooted in the fundamentals of asana, pranayama, and meditation. During this adventure, you will have the opportunity to dive into the study of classical and tantric philosophies of yoga. You will develop a strong and supple body, a focused, clear and calm mind, and establish a deep connection with the spirit within you. Ours is an international school of Yoga that offers internationally accredited training and professional yoga courses. We come as a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with the Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Federation.
We believe in the ancient principles and the strength of classical Yoga and its benefits, and we aim to distribute our knowledge, the passion for Yoga and the authentic Vedic philosophy. With traditional Ashrams in India and the Netherlands and affiliated centers all over the world, we have disseminated the authentic teachings of classical Yoga, with the aim of guiding people in their practice of Yams and Niyams as a way of life. We want to help people improve their spiritual awareness and encourage all our students to spread their knowledge of Yoga, share the benefits of Yoga and the concepts of love, compassion, and peace.
We firmly believe in personal attention, orientation, and support and a high relationship between the teacher and the student. We follow and recommend a yogic lifestyle, vegetarian food, and spiritual practice to achieve high levels of personal growth. We are committed to building a network of certified teachers and affiliated centers worldwide. We follow our graduates and offer them full support after the end of their studies. The Ayuskama Yoga Teachers Association is a constant source of learning, support, and advice for our students throughout their lives.
What kind of Yoga we teach
The courses we offer are taught by different teachers, each with their own qualities and style. Certainly, our Yoga is intense and physically demanding as we give a lot of space to the lessons in Vinyasa and dynamics, without neglecting the different nuances of the practice and drawing from different styles and traditions to make sure that our students know the qualities and the limits of each and can consciously decide which one to use if necessary. In addition to Vinyasa, we have more static and postural lessons, Yin Yoga classes, Ashtanga classes and much more.
