ABOUT SCHOOL

Here you will not get bored for a second even. The rooms are neat and clean with an attached washroom with showers, hairdryer, and double bed. Classic Hatha - Classic Hatha is done for body preparation for enlightenment. So let's get familiar with the fundamentals of yoga i.e anatomy, physiology, psychology, and diet.
You will be studying the radiation of the relationship between the students and teachers. Warm-up techniques will also be learned.
